Couldn't sleep so why not workout before the commute. Treadmill 4 - 4:40 AM. Yahoo! Have my Steamers veggies and veggie burger ready for today's lunch.

Make it count everyone.

Good for you. Great Idea. This is the only time I can really get a serious work out done. I started leaving the steamers in freezer on my job so I have no excuses. Keep up the great work.

Thanks wholefoodnut and jwill77nc2. Great idea Transformation Butterfly. I bought enough of the steamers and veggie burgers for the whole week so I will bring in the remainder tomorrow and this weeks lunch will be all accounted for.

Nice going Ches. Planning ahead with meals and being prepared with having good stuff to eat is important, when I fail to do that I find I'm setting myself up to be tempted to eat stuff I shouldn't.

Ending my day under my RDI by 1%. I guess that is good. I am ending my day with a workout under my belt. I guess that is good. I am ending my day with FS buddies that contribute and are supportive. That is great!
