So-Low's Journal, 19 August 2014

I am still so happy with the way I am doing, no weight gains yet!!!! I am just being so positive, I weigh myself every day, plan my meals and keep a journal of what I eat. I can feel a change in the clothing I wear now, it is just so exciting. I also set myself small goals to reach. my next goal is to reach 80 Kg's. Then I will set the next one.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Fantastic news, I think that setting smaller goals can be the best thing, IMO. Keep up the great job you are doing.

Nice drop So-Low! Sometimes we feel the difference in the clothing and how it fits first before we notice the pounds melting away. : ) keep up the great attitude and whatever you've been doing to loose the 1.8 pounds so far and you will see more drop soon.
