I am rejoining Weight Watchers at Work. It starts here at work on Friday, May 1. I can't wait to start. Also on Saturday, May 30, I am again doing the Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society. This is a great cause and a great way to exercise. I'm really looking forward to doing the Relay again this year.

Today is my first official day back on Weight Watchers. Weighed in yesterday at work and I was not happy with my weight. I like the new program and I started following he plan yesterday. I had already been tracking my food so I know I will do well on the new Momentum plan. I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up on my fruits, veggies and my low cal snacks that I can take with me to work and I'm going to start taking my lunch with me everyday. I did pretty good today with tracking everything that I ate today.
