Still ate quite a few carbs and calories but went down in weight. I think its water weight. Urinated a lot yesterday but I wasn't drink a lot. Low carb is a diuretic so that fits. Feel a little nauseous this morning....drinking ginger tea for that.
It would be very nice to lose several pounds over the next 3 weeks. My son's wedding is Sept. 6 and looking good in wedding pics is very important. :)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

While low carb is not so much a weight loss diet, if you stay focused you can manage to drop lots of inches. Stay strong. Great job on your loss too! Just know you will look great on your son's wedding date too!
