August 18, 2014 Monday Rainy day!
Jane and I met up with R- J, at the Mall...visited for a couple of hours, and then I went to exercise: 50) leg lifts using ten pound weights; 45) upper body using twenty five pound weights; finished up with 50) pull-ups. I didn't use the nu-step today...so very little mileage will be recorded today....too rainy for outdoor walking.
