Ok so here goes,
I have been using this website for a couple months now to track my food but I have had so many fall backs that I feel like I need to wipe the slate clean and start over fresh. I know I can do this, it is gonna take a lot of determination and effort to do this. I have always been very sloppy on diets because if I do them alone, then I fall off the wagon and it's very hard for me to get back on track. So even if I do this alone, or with someone who joins in..I am gonna do this. Because my motivation is so high right now, I have so many goals that I am working towards that I don't want to fall off and not end up achieving them. So this is my first journal entry for my 2014 weightloss journey. I really need support and advice through this.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done! I know you can do this. This WILL be a moment that you will look back at in a year's time when you feel healthier and happier. I cannot stress enough how much better eating the right stuff feels! Getting support from your parents so they dont buy tempting stuff is SO helpful.
