I weigh myself in the morning - a 'dry' weight after morning elimination

It's been a great week. I've been working out, and a bit achy which often drives me to eat more - and not work out a couple of days later - not so this time. Failure is not an option. I need to be healthy and strong. the best life insurance there is!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.6 lb a week
