Take it easy today and stay out of the hot weather too. Please do your exercise in moderation as the knee is a very funny thing to heal. Put ice on it when you finish doing lots of knee exercise. Listen to the P/T Therapist, and you will do fine. Have a great Sunday.

Aww, hope you are feeling better. Have asthma and a rough past week with breathing so believe me I can relate. Hope you are staying off your leg and resting. Don't push anything till the swelling and pain goes down.

Take care, you have come a long ways. Really, I'm a poster child for doors opening, I sincerely believe in it. I've fount that a good decision opens doors, not so much sometimes on a not so good decision. Though one bad one of mine opened up quilting go me.
