Finally broke the 200 mark. I will get excited if I can stay there! My weight is like a ping pong ball! I have been here before but want to stay and go lower. Have been off sugar and simple carbs for five days now.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 August 2014:
1560 kcal Fat: 73.77g | Prot: 126.01g | Carb: 113.17g.   Breakfast: Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Blueberry Acai. Lunch: Driscoll's Strawberries, Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate (42g), Maranatha Coconut Almond Butter, Bananas, Atkins Swedish Meatballs. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, La Gloria Low Carb Flour Tortillas. Snacks/Other: Vitalicious Mini VitaCake Fudgy Chocolate, Skinny Pop Popcorn. more...

Thank you all! I really don't get here as often as I'd like. Holding steady so far. Have been weighing daily just to get a handle on the daily ups and downs. I generally weigh on Thursdays to check actual gains or losses. Will keep you posted!
