Again couldnt resist temptation and had a glass of red wine! Argh! Anyway not really getting this website? Does anyone else so the waffle i write in my journal? Let me know if u do please as ill start correcting my spellings hehe

Ilove don't worry about the spelling, we can still read no matter how bad it gets. We are here to help if you need something, ask any questions you have, if you fall, we can help pick you back up and we cheer when you do good. sometimes people just get on and vent and that's okay too! We are all here for the same reason, we hate being fat. Everyone has a different diet they use and there is tons of advice to utilize.

Hi ! I just read how ur struggling with red wine.The heart of this could be a sugar addiction. I've been researching it & the sugar in alcohol gives some of us the same "high" as candy. Maybe going into those "at risk" times with a good blood sugar level... by loading up on good green vegies, will help you like it does me. Also, get yourself a "special" cute little goblet... that happens to hold half as much as you normally drink.. <: NEVER UNDERESTIMATE A SUGAR CRAVING
