I have been struggling the last 10 days, I'm constantly hungry and despite choosing healthy lunches and dinners, I have been letting myself down by snacking. :(
There is only 6 weeks left until my wedding day and I really want to be under 60kg-under 9.5 stone.
I'm having a dental implant placed on 29th August so I will have to be on a liquid diet -again- for 6 days. Last time I did this for a week, I lost 5 pounds, so hopefully it will work again. I really need to find some inspiration or inner strength until then, I have worked so hard, I really want to loose the last few pounds, not start putting the weight back on!
