Next fight officially in November. 14 weeks away. more than enough time to get ready, but I need to start recording food again. Make plans again. weird to be back here... one reassuring thing is, looking at my cookbook and realizing I still eat the same food, homemade recipes and that I kept most of my good habits. Most but not all. I also picked a few bad ones, hence the not so flat stomach and the extra 3 lbs. My goal is to drop those 3 water retention extra pounds by the end of the month. then it will be about stabilize at 123 so I can cut quickly at 120 if needed.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Good to see you back. Fight? What is the competition type? Exciting. I was away for a while too ... and learned the best way to control weight is to track food. Good luck in your competition!
