Hi guys,
I'm back after a long week of madness, avoiding the scales at the moment, don't want to spoil a good holiday with the scales just yet, fingers crossed it won't be that bad (who am I kidding). We have been camping at a festival so hopefully between dancing and carrying water butts I may of worked a few pounds off (ha ha). Well you will all be the first to know the results any way.
