this week is my first week of strength training 2x a week vs 1x. It feels good to do weight work. i haven't weighted myself in weeks. the scale has run out of battery. overall feel good. still get frustrated with my belly gut and big arms but will focus on strength training. i'm getting strong on the bike but i do get tired.
