Would like to be at goal weight by 9/26. Going to listen to AB diet again. Lots of good pointers in there. If I eat every 3 hours and eat what they say and keep with my exercise regime, I know I can achieve that goal.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
