my motivation has definitely started to come around, i was recently given a bowflex by my uncle who never used it. i told myself that i needed to stick to a regiment if i truly want to succeed in my goals of a healthier/ better shaped me. even though i have forgot in the past to post my weight i went down from 178 to 170 so far, have been eating fairly better and went food shopping to actually make the full transition to better eating, this weekend i took a small break due to helping my friend through a divorce & finding out my uncle has cancer. definitely a bad weekend, but my resolve is the best it has ever been, i will post pics and update everything else shortly, im keeping a tab open on my browser to this site now for good along with the widget on my phone to stay on my A game.
