Wow I had a hard day following the program today - it's not usually this hard - legs were sooooo tired (prob cause I ran 5.3 miles yesterday) that normal walking was hard but still got on treadmill at gym and did full cardio workout but wanted to quit every 10 min but pushed through and kept going, yay! Then husband was eating my fav junk food General Tsao's chicken from the local chinese joint, man was it hard not to eat any, holy cow!!! It was all I could think about and it smelled sooooo good! I'm not usually like that. But I didn't cave in and am proud. It's so not usually this hard being good. Wow today was tough on all fronts. Tough but successful, yay!
