I think I have finally hit the stage where I lose weight every time I workout!!! This morning I saw 186.8 before a quick bounce up to 187.0, but the scale recorded 187.2 on the next try, so I'm not going to change my weigh in.
In 2009, when I used to run in a 5k or 10k race weekly, there was a direct reflection between how long and hard I ran and the drop in my weight. I started noticing this a few weeks into the race season and I took it for granted.
I'm still experimenting to see if I have hit this point, but I'm sure I am in it. It has taken over three months to get in this zone and I'm going to work the hell out of it.
