It's been a month since I last weigted in. I need to remember to weight in weekly. Feeling good but will be happy when my foot is better and I can get back to my bike.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
