Very unmotivated at the gym today, I forgot to take my towel so I couldn't do my normal routine, as it is very sweaty!! So I did 35 mins weights and 30 min fast walk on the treadmill. Feel like I didn't do enough. Also I didn't go yesterday like I normally do.

Will start doing my normal 3 days a week from next week, and try to get back in the swing of it

You went. You exercised. Hey, even Babe Ruth didn't hit a home run every time at bat! Not every comedian gets a belly laugh at every bit! It's a process and you are working it... congrats.

Thanks, you are right. Even though I didn't do as much as normal, it's still more than if I'd not gone :-)
