no change here. I can take that as good news or as not-so-good news. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose. And since I ate like crap still, I can be grateful it didn't go up.

I'm failing at my challenges also. I was so determined to stick with them, but I didn't - one reason why I didn't lose I suppose.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Ok enough negative energy. You realize that you indulged in some unhealthy habits. It takes 30 days to make a real change for life. So now start back at day one and move forward. I am also at a current weight no movement up or down but I know I am making a lifestyle change for life and it took more than a week to gain weight so it will take awhile to drop the weight a healthy way. Suggestion get some motivational music, a good book that will keep you mind off this weeks results. Your goal is to get moving and work toward your next weigh in.
