Thank you leaf2tree! It has taken me 10 years to loose these last 10 lbs! So even though it wasn't a lot, it was amazing what a tremendous effort it has been! Sounds like you are now really ready to get yourself back to a healthier life style. Good for you and congratulations! You will NEVER regret it! :) So I thought I'd mention a couple of things I have done differently this time that have helped me . . . a scale was always like the 'enemy'! But I got one on Amazon and now I regard it as a trusted friend. It shows my little bit of progress as I go, and if I'm up a pound or two, its a friendly reminder (and incentive) to do better the next day! I also eat as many eggs as I'd like, because I either eat home grown eggs, or I buy the expensive organic eggs in the market. At my highest weight, my cholesterol had creeped up to 240. But now loosing a little weight and eating excellent quality eggs, last year it went down to 194 and this year it was 175! It may go slow, but eventually we can get there! Keep at it and good luck!
