Moving houses... construction... working long (12-16 hour days)... I'm just glad I haven't gained it all back!!
I hope that starting Monday (11th) I can get back on track... better eating habits and more exercise. Although, somehow I managed to fracture my left ankle during the move... *sigh* all I want is to get back on my bike and get back to a normal pace of life.... *sigh*
"Un dia a la vez" i.e. I just need to take things "one day at a time"... as my gramma would say.
