Hi, gang....I'm still loosing....I know I know...You say "well you've been fasting from 12a-4pm for close to two weeks...that's why you're seeing a difference on the scale". Our church fasts all the time and I NEVER LOSE WEIGHT on our fasts...LOL! But this time, I've been eating something nutritious after breaking the fast AND I've been exercising. My cycle is soon to end so I'm most likely shedding some water...Once I get back to eating full time, I may gain a little, but I will try to stick to eating healthy
139.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
