Wow, I wish I was 126 again like last year. Working on shedding the extra pounds I put on from not recording what I eat. So easy to put it back on if you're not paying attention and eating whatever you want. Back to high protein and low carbs. Did weight 149 last Monday when I started so I'm happy I'm on the right track again!
