All things considered I'm not too surprised by the gain...actually, I'm pretty glad it is not more. Not been a great week with Dan out of town. Really need to find a way to get back on track.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
