It is a new week. Last week we hosted relatives and attended a wonderful family picnic. Now, I can get back to the routine that works for me. The opportunities for socializing are abundant during the summer and the food choices are frequently not what supports weight loss or healthy lifestyle. So once again today I return to weighing, measuring, recording, exercising, and connecting with FS friends. J
177.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
