astraea82's Journal, 18 March 2011

So I just looked up Ms. Dreya Weber on the internet since Tony is always raving about her. Turns out she was 43 at the time of taping the P90X videos! She turns 50 this year. She also perfomed as an aerialist at the Olympics and still choreographs aerial acts for major stars at award shows.

So yeah, I am not getting my hopes up for my body to look like hers! Not that I was really trying to anyway.

On a more positive note, I went to the gym tonight and my cardio dance instructor commented that I was "shrinking." I got in my car afterwards and started beaming! That really made my day.

Uh oh, here comes the weekend! Got to pull it through without major gains!

Dreya also just completed staring in a new movie....which I can't recall the name. Why do you suspect the weekends are hard for you? For me it's much easier to map out my day and plan my food and workouts. If it's because you head to a lot of events with friends...then I really recommend reviewing Shaun T's Party Guide. Have I posted that yet? If not, sounds like I should post that if it would be helpful. Keep up the great work! And don't hold back on your dreams! You want that Dreya body? You will get it. Not in 90, 180 or 365 days...but slow and steady just commit to this lifestyle. My wife prefers to have Debbie Seibers body. I'm not complaining!

It's always great to get an encouraging word, and to see that people are noticing the changes. Keep up the good work!

My weekdays are a lot more structured than the weekends so it is easier for me to plan and make meals. On the weekends, though, I end up running from place to place, and can't always eat on a good schedule or plan what I'll eat. I haven't seen the Party Guide.
