Too much dining out and entertaining this week and next. It's not that I'm that far off track, but enough that it really slows down the weight loss. After my mother's birthday week next weekend, I really have to get back in the routine, and this coming week, until the big event, be really, really careful.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
