Well it is inch by inch, slowly losing little by little. Drinking a lot more water and think that that is helping. But still frustrated, it is not coming off like I want it to and I have been soooo diligent.!
144.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week

Hang in there...We are all in the same boat!! We didnt gain all this weight in 1 day..so we wont lose it all at once...It WILL happen !! I am a yo-yo.(Yes I am crazy).. I gain and lose..I get happy when I lose then sabotage myself...then gain...Well I am determined this time !! So baby lets start rowing...Have a great day....

Hey congrats on your weight loss! You're doing great. It's always better to lose the weight slow that way it stays off!!! Don't give up on yourself. Best of luck to you.

DONT FORGET TO MEASURE. SOMETIMES IT COMES OFF IN INCHES LONG BEFORE POUNDS!!
