I am sooo excited, the past 3 weeks I have been unable to workout due to a lumbar sprain. It is still very tempermental, but I have found that eating right is at least still helping me to lose weight. I am hoping that once I actually am able to workout again, I won't have trouble losing then too.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
