Couldn't wait to see the scale this morning AND after going to a Major League ball game last night! My calf muscle injury was so so on the way into the park, my hips hurt a lot, but I took it easy and tried not go too fast with my ugly walk. After the pain pill kicked in, I was able to sit through the game and walk back to the car on the opposite side of the park and feel pretty good today! My calf muscle is tight and I'm about 3 weeks away from the estimated healing time, so hopefully I didn't do any damage to that process. I never thought in a million years I would have physical issues like this at 54. I'm so hopeful because my husband is trying to eat healthier and is very supportive. Neither of us wants to be the chubby one in a year from now while the other one loses 30-50 pounds!
