had an amazing day /Eve went walking in mall 1& half hour , went to the gym did my 6 mins on some crazy kind of machine that doesn't hurt me , I feel like Im gliding on air , received great news yesterday that I was giving an up graded bus with AIR <3 ... found some Capri I had been searching for ,, bought an awesome necklaces for my granddaughter for her graduating trade school ,,, spent great time with my husband this evening I Love him so Much <3 Lord bless him Greatly <3 did have a small very small melt down at the mall got disoriented for real ,, felt lost or overwhelmed ,, I am very careful about other folks walking to close to me and of all people a man in a wheel chair was flying by and almost knocked me over and others to not just me,,, wild . ya and there has been a burden in my heart I haven't shared ,,, But I feel I need to since I am emotional eater my daughters boyfriend of many years attacked her and hurt her ... swollen eye and black & blue it was his daughter who called the polices ,, it broke my heart if ya were to know him like I did ya would never think he would do that <3 My daughter is handling things a lot better then I thought ,, but I Loved that young man and thought they had a future together I will pray for him for ever ,, even though Im extremely upset with him ... I Loved him and he was trying to serve the Lord ... Love ya lord cant thank ya enough for such an awesome day <3 Love ya Very much Dolores Lynn am very proud of you <3 Praying for MY FS FAMILY that your well <3 sweet Dreams <3

Awesome weight loss! You are doing great! So sorry to hear about your daughter getting hurt by her boyfriend. It was so wrong for him to do that. :sigh:

I think that she has to get away from him, or maybe she already has, it only gets worse.
