Only managed to workout once this week (Monday), after a 2 week vacation. I was just downright lazy. And for some reason, I've been waking up really tired. In fact, I've been waking up at almost 9 a.m. every morning. This is ridiculous. Surely my body can't still be trying to adjust to the time zone change! Ugh...
128.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
