I am not sure what I am doing wrong as much as I
Excercise and diet it does not seem to work? Any ideas?
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you tracking your food honestly? Are you measuring out your portions? Are you drinking water? at 1200 or 1300 calories a day, you should be losing. Have you tried a food scale? Are you getting enough healthy fats? (Avocado, peanut butter, olive oil, etc.) Fats have a place in weight loss. I'm just throwing things out there because I know how frustrating it is. Are you losing fat/inches? Measurements? Have you tried drinking some green tea? Maybe do some googling and find some power foods that might help to incorporate in to your diet. Your diet looks pretty healthy to me though and I LOVE me some Trader Joe's, lol! Hang in there!
