Hello all!

Today has been a good day. Started at my new gym and so far I love it. It's half the price, less people, cleaner, newer, and best of all the treadmills have personal TVs so I can listen to my favorite game show. And it also forces me on the treadmill instead of the bike. I enjoy the bike more, but I feel like I get a better workout on the treadmill.


I did 6.11 kilometers today, at a very gentle pace. It's been a while since I last ran. I imagine I'll be sore tomorrow.


I'm looking forward to dinner: chicken, broccoli, peas, xtra xtra garlic (my other half is at work, haha!), onion, and a teeny bit of pasta with some tomato & basil pasta sauce and a glass of red. I've only had 644cals so far today and am very pleased.
