Quitting smoking has been extremely hard on me and my eating habits. I have sought out more comfort food than I thought I would after quitting. I am, however, doing good with the no emotional eating, which was really hard to identify and correct.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
