I have fallen off the wagon this past week and it shows. Feeling discouraged as I'm almost back to my starting weight. I also have a family event today and it will no doubt be difficult to find something healthy. Oh well, just have to move forward and try my best.

We are all up here on the wagon so climb on up and let's go for a ride. We are going places and with our good efforts hopefully downhill all the way.

It's easy, natural for discouragement to get us down. Just know that everyone here has been there, you're not alone. My thoughts....let go of guilt, enjoy yourself within reason at the family event, but make tomorrow a new start. You're done it before and can do it again, we're rooting for you!

No biggie hon. Just get right back to your normal routine today. It is not a setback, it is nothing to sweat, it is nothing to feel bad about. For your family event, take something healthful as a pot luck offering and you'll KNOW there will be something for you to eat. It's one week out of 52, and you can't change yesterday. You can only start with today and look ahead.

hey dont worry about it, if u look at my weight calender you'll see i was down to 77,7 and then i fell off the wagon and went up to almost my starting weight again and then i just press the restart button and here i am close to where i fell off and gonna be going even further so dont stress about it, we all have those days (in my case it was a month)
