Today I ate 2.314 C. I am reading a lot about what the correct balance between carbs, fats, and proteins I should take to gain muscle mass but not taken on a lot of fat. My current formula is trying to eat between 2000 and 2500 C 5 days a week. On Friday and Sunday I try to eat beyond 2500 C.

I am trying to eat 50g of Fat, 150g of Carbs, and 250g of Protein.

I will check weight to be gaining no more than 1 lbs a week. If I am gaining more, that means I am taking in too many C and will cut down.

A few days ago I weighed self at 146 lbs tomorrow morning I ought not to weigh more than 147 lbs.
