As of today I have lost 30pounds since I started this journey in May ! I've lost a total of 40pounds since my highest weight of 227 two years ago ! Thank you God and Dr. Atkins in that order! Lol

187.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb. Still to go: 47.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
