Twelve days in Europe and didn't gain a pound! Beer, strudel, chocolate, and ice cream once in a while was okay. Eating fish, salads, cheeses, and fruits at meals paid off as did stopping when my stomach was full.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
