Week 8 day 3 - arms workout. had a good workout in front of the gym mirrors (usually the men get that space!) and enjoyed seeing some definition on my upper arms...I was also pleased this morning with the overall body measurements - 1 cm to go down from waist and 1 cm to go down from hips to get to the 'ideal' measurements for someone my height! My ideal weight should be 51.83 kg.... i had originally logged it in at 50.0 kg, but this morning I realized that maybe 51.83 kg does make sense given the muscle build up. Regarding fat % still high at a waking up of 30%, it does go down at night to 28% and i have even seen 25% last week, but i guess the marbling is still there and i can make a good stew but I'm not a lean piece of meat for sure! I will continue targeting my fat %. Glad to report though that my visceral fat has gone down to 5 now which i'm quite happy with for now. it looks like i will need to shake up things a bit for the last 4 weeks to see some change in weight. I will still keep my workout going, maybe tweak the diet again....speaking of which tomorrow i have a wedding and that spells doom for me and my sweet tooth....i will not start to fret yet! Also next Saturday I check into a local mini-vacation apartment to the North of the island for a week. I will still keep my commute to the gym unless i can use the facilities there. It's all a surprise!

Good job! You are almost to the end of the whittling. Soon you will be at the hard job of maintaining. Keep it up.
