OMG....although I fasted from 12am-4pm...I had the strength to get on the treadmill and work it out...lol...I had more strength than I did after 6 meals a day. I am so proud of myself! YAY! I am also doing so good by not eating sugary treats! I haven't had any since Saturday. Oh, yes...I have urges, but I'm resisting them!
