Increased my calories, I feel that my weight loss is too rapid. I do not feel out of energy or fatigued. Actually I feel good. My worry is if I lose the weight too quickly I might run in the danger of not stablizing my weight when I hit my target. I also worry that rapid loss my result into easy weight gain.
