Finally we are getting some much needed rain. Just a sprinkle here and there, but it is refreshing. We golfed today in spite of the rain, no one melted away and we all had a good time. Not the best golfing scores, but it was fun just the same. I am off to a good start for the day my carb total so far has been low. For lunch and breakfast I have had only 11 carbs and I will have a lot left to spend on dinner.
I feel a lot better today, I had a great night's sleep. I was groggy all day yesterday. I have a small patch of weed poisoning going on my wrist and a little patch on my knee. I have been doctoring it with otc generic cortisone and it isn't going away. Today I slathered it with calamine lotion. I really don't want to have to go to the doctor for this , but I might have to.
