Finally seeing some movement on the scale.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

You think you're getting close to goal and it's just slowing down. When I hit the 70's it took forever to breakthrough. I stayed true to eating and exercising, blew it out of the water around Christmas then started losing again.

I have started calorie cycling the past couple of days and I think that may have helped..time will tell.

I'm a little farther away than it was, as I lowered it again from 165, to 163, now to 159.
