Up at 4:00 am and using my stationary bike. Worked up a real sweat and increased my time from 60 minutes to 70 minutes. I have so much energy that my coworkers told me they can't stand me this morning and I have no need for coffee. I made stir fry butternut squash with Kale last night it was delcious that I wanted to make another serving but I walked away from the Wok. :)
