Today I am down to 190.0.

I really can't wait for my bike to be fixed. Until I get back on my bike this weight isn't going to melt off as easily. Cycling is a calorie torcher and I feel like I'm on a slow simmer.

Got two flats riding home Sunday and had to order some new tires which should arrive today. Unfortunately, there isn't a bike shop near my job or near my house which is why I couldn't replace them sooner. I need that cardio and wind in my face to make me feel alive!!!

Has anyone tried Yogi DeTox tea? I like it. And, I can drink it without any added sugar or sweetener. It does make me pee all day, so I have to drink a lot of water to keep up.

Last night I made the zucchini pasta again with the Vegetti and topped it with shrimp. It was SO good! Too good, in fact, I got the urge to fix another plate. Some hot tea put that monster to bed and I had a very pleasant evening.

Now to have a pleasant day and look forward to fixing my bike!

Yes, I have tried Yogi DeTox tea. Have you tried it over ice very good. Not everyone can drink it because of some of the ingredients. I agree about the bike as I have a stationary bike that I use and sometimes it gets to me. While your bike is in the shop try doing a cardio DVD workout at home no specail equipment but you.

I haven't had it over ice yet! How do I do that? Do I brew it then pour it over ice, or do I put the tea bag in ice water? ooooooooo :-)

It's definitely the shrimp that is making me crave more food even though I shouldn't be hungry. I just had the leftover shrimp for lunch with some cucumber slices and I can't wait until my 2:30 snack. Yikes!
