Starting to train twice a day for MMA now, so going up to 2500 calories daily. Only thing I have to complain about is that I have to now eat 250g of protein, not sure how I'm going to do it but wish me luck.

No lol, I weigh 169lbs, height is 6 feet. I'm just eating 250 grams of protein and carbs, and 2500 calories.

I find it hard to consume my required 90 grams of protein a day! Good luck trying to get 250 grams a day!

its 1g per lb of body weight. not just load up on protein.

I actually had 250g of protein pretty easily yesterday, and I know meehow, but the extra protein increases your metabolism and improves recovery time. Since I'm an athlete and not an average joe, I need more protein so my muscles can recover since I'm training twice a day.
