Good enough for the week. It was not easy. I put in a lot of TIME (to exercise) and EFFORT (to watch what I eat).
236.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good result!! Weight loss isn't easy and sometimes the weighing scale doesn't reflect the effort put in!!!
